Our Team

Hi I’m Mel – the new owner of Carlisle Street Grooming Studio. I’m so excited to come onboard an work with the team and clients in store. A life-long love of dogs and dog ownership inspired my purchase of Carlisle Street Grooming Studio.  My team is very excited to grow our dog grooming services and, in a much anticipated move we will be offering puppy pre-school and dog obedience classes.
 
My pet industry experience includes a Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training (National Dog Trainers Federation), multiple Victoria Stilwell courses and over 20 years of dog training experience.  In my spare time I volunteer with Search and Rescue Dogs Australia (SARDA).
 
Keep an eye out in store for our resident Pugs, Pippa and Hamish.

Hi! My name is Liz and I’ve been working in the animal industry since 2008. Amongst many other things, I have spent the last 10 years in the Veterinary Nursing industry, with 8 of those years being in a senior nurse / practice management role.

I am really excited to work with the team at Carlisle Street Grooming Studio and start the next chapter in my career. Outside of work I spend my time with my cats Lexi, Dyson and Clawdia and my dog Paddington.
